Building a training program with a specific goal in mind and aimed for you to reach your peak form for the event or season you are training for. (Your training should not cause you to be injured. Many fitness programs are to accelerated and skip the basics causing burnout or injury.)

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a versatile performance training tool that is an important element in a sports conditioning program. Suspension training positions your body so it works harder against the forces of gravity. It allows for maximum recruitment of muscle fibers and helps with overall strength, joint integrity, and core conditioning to build muscular balance.

Myofascial Release via Foam Rolling is a great way to improve the quality of your fascia, break-up scarred tissue, prevent injury and relieve pain. (Fascia is the web-like sheath that envelops every muscle, tendon, ligament, nerve, vein and artery of the body. Your strength , flexibility, and fitness performance depend on its health.)
